• Payment information — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and log information used to keep the Platform secure and working.

• With other users — your profile and listings are visible to other users as part of how the marketplace works. Some details (like full names) may be withheld until you choose to connect. Private notes and your document vault are not visible to other users unless you share them.
• With service providers — companies that help us run the Platform, such as our database and hosting provider, payment processor, email provider, and background-check partner. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• For legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect the safety of users, children, or the public.
